PAC is committed to training and supporting both the installation engineer and the end user. To this end we provide a full range of training courses for our products. Courses have full supporting documentation, include high levels of practical work and may be tailored to suit individual client needs. These courses are aimed at qualified installation / commissioning security systems engineers requiring specific knowledge and understanding of PAC access control hardware and administration software. No previous knowledge of PAC product is necessary to attend these courses.
Advanced courses are normally of 1 day duration and cover specific hardware / software functionality that is not covered on the entry level System Installation, commissioning and administration courses. Attendance of the entry level course is a pre-requisite to any advanced course.
Any of the listed installer courses may be tailored to suit the needs of an individual installation company. However, to be viable, any course requires a minimum of two attendees.
These courses are aimed at those who administer PAC access control systems. Because each end user employs different hardware / software features, these courses are bespoke and are tailored to the needs a particular user. No previous knowledge of PAC product is necessary to attend these courses, although attendees are expected to have a fundamental understanding of PC technology and Microsoft Windows™ operating systems.
In addition to the standard methods of training we have an extensive range of E learning modules that have been designed for those who wish to have the flexibility of choosing where and when to run the training.
Below is an example of an e learning module and you can look at the range of other modules available by clicking the link below.
