Where it relates to access control, our team have specialist skills in Communications and Information Technology, a service underpinned by our call management operation.
PAC is committed to providing first class support and works on a continual improvement process. Our WEB based support is designed for easy search of support information relating to FAQs, Technical Bulletins and Application notes.
We do provide global support to our network of partners throughout offices in the United Kingdom, USA and the Far East. These offices primarily service Europe, the Americas, Middle-East and Asia Pacific regions, respectively

Remote dial in support
PAC has the ability to provide a remote dial in support service. This service gives you direct access to skilled engineers and enables us to see your system software in a real time environment.
A request for a remote dial can be made by your on site engineer to the PAC Technical Support Team. The Technical Support engineer will handle the call in the same manner as telephone support with the exception that they will, with your permission, attempt to take remote control of the PC running the PAC access control software.
Please contact us for further details. You will need to discuss the remote control software and hardware requirements prior to attending site and perhaps involve end user IT Personnel to discuss the requirements.
On site support services
Designed with the installer in mind, PAC provide on site services, including commissioning and system upgrades. The Technical Support team are trained to the highest standard on PAC Hardware, software, PC operating systems and IT networks.
