PAC Magnetic Stripe Card

PAC Mag Stripe Card offers a low cost solution with all the benefits of PAC technology.

As an alternative to the traditional mechanical key, PAC’s ID devices are used by millions of people as an easy and reliable means of gaining access to their places of work and other secured access points e.g. carpark barriers and turnstiles.

The PAC Mag Stripe card is a truly 'credit card' thin access ID device, with a nominal thickness of 0.76 mm. Digital photos and graphics can be printed directly over the Mag Stripe's front surface by using an ID card printer. Bar codes may also be imaged onto the card for systems tracking time-and-attendance for job costing.

Mag Stripe cards can be programmed into any of PAC’s residential or commercial access control systems so that the user’s movement can be monitored and the building protected. The card need only be swiped through a PAC reader for the code to be read (access will be granted or denied within 0.5 of a second). And of course, if a card should be lost or stolen, it is easily replaced. Lost cards can be easily and quickly deleted.

The Mag Stripe card is manufactured from white ABS plastic making it both strong and durable. It requires no batteries and offers a range of 1 billion codes.

The Mag Stripe card can be placed into a specially designed card holder attached to a clip or neck chain or can be easily carried in a purse or wallet. It offers a lifetime guarantee against electronic failure.
